The Meadowlands Environment Center is now offering healthy discoveries through hands-on learning as students in grades K-8 make hands-on connections to food and healthy eating. Our professional science, art, and cooking instructors use food as the medium to teach a multi-disciplinary STEAM curriculum.

- Programs are tailored to each grade level (K – 2, 3 – 5, 6 – 8).
- Programs are offered at the MEC for activities at our indoor Vertical Farm and aboard the Mobile Food Lab OR the Mobile Food Lab comes to your school for the day.
- The cost per student is $21.00 with a minimum of 40 students and a maximum of 60 students per day.
- The Mobile Food Lab is nut-free.
